Although numbers of migrants remained very low, a few new interesting arrivals were discovered – the best of which was a Great Spotted Woodpecker found lurking quietly in Cristin Withy. A Tree Pipit was at Ty Pellaf, a Whitethroat at Nant, a Garden Warbler was in the withies and 10 Willow Warblers were dotted around the island. The Cuckoo was still present, two Snipe were seen and a Collared Dove arrived in the afternoon.

Another
Bordered Beauty was caught in the moth trap in Cristin Withy.
