An extremely quiet day for birds saw almost nothing worth remarking on. A single Great Skua passing distantly at sea was probably the highlight, while the Grey Wagtail and a Kestrel still remained.

Three
Herald moths were caught in the moth traps. As prior to this year only seven had ever been recorded on the island, it would appear that this is another species to have recently colonised.
