A very quiet day on the whole still produced the first Lapland Bunting for over a week, as well as a Yellow Wagtail and a Golden Plover. Other migrants included four Grey Wagtails, a Sedge Warbler, a Whitethroat, two Garden Warblers, seven Blackcaps, 11 Chiffchaffs, three Willow Warblers, seven Goldcrests and a Spotted Flycatcher. The Common Rosefinch also remained by the chapel, and was trapped and ringed in the evening.
