Another calm and dry day promised some further bird passage, but failed to deliver as much as was expected. 15 Skylarks and a Lapland Bunting flew south and numbers of thrushes came to 15 Blackbirds, 11 Fieldfares, 25 Song Thrushes and 25 Redwings. Other passerines included 14 Bramblings, 45 Chaffinches, 17 Siskins, seven Greenfinches, three Goldfinches, a Reed Bunting, a Blackcap, two Chiffchaffs and four Goldcrests.
