Hardly any noteworthy birds were seen today; two newly-arrived Ringed Plovers were just about the highlight of the day! The usual waders were around the beaches and a trickle of gulls passed by at sea. The usual selection of raptors was again seen; a Sparrowhawk, a Buzzard, a Kestrel, a Merlin and a couple Peregrines were still present.

A Kestrel continues to hunt for small prey in the wetlands.
