A fresh North Westerly wind persisting throughout on what was another quiet day's birding. A good selection of waders continue to feed inland; 52 Lapwings, two Golden Plovers, a Dunlin, four Ringed Plovers and a small flock of 16 Redshanks. Three Teals were on the ponds in the wetlands where 11 Snipe also fed. Thrush counts came to: 8 Blackbirds, two Fieldfares, 18 Song Thrushes and 7 Redwings today.

Plovers and Thrushes continue to feed on Solfach and inland; Golden Plovers, Lapwings, Ringed Plover, Song Thrush and Redwing. Pictures (c) Ben Porter
