Cloud had rolled in during the night and, despite the winds being low, the day felt quite cold. Even fewer birds were about however the Red throated Diver was again off the west side whilst four Snipe and two Woodpigeons were in the plantation.

A Red throated Diver was again feeding with the Shags off the west side.
 A Buzzard has been present for most of the winter now. Moorhens tend to be it's main prey. Pictures (c) Ben Porter
