The fog finally burnt off and the sun broke through making a very welcome appearance. A Snipe was flushed up from the bracken on the mountain whilst two Shelducks fed in Solfach. A few birds passed by at sea heading south: twenty three Black headed Gulls, a Lesser black backed Gull, twenty four Herring Gulls, sixty Kittiwakes and seventy Razorbills were seen. A Short eared Owl was seen at dusk by the schoolhouse.
