Tuesday 8 February 2011
A lovely calm and sunny day saw a complete contrast to yesterday's weather with the warmth adding a very spring-like feel to the day. A few more birds were present with the main highlights including a Skylark over the mountain, four Woodpigeons at nant, a Grey Heron in henllwyn and two Teals in the withies. After having an overwintering male Pied Wagtail for most of the winter now, a female finally arrived and they returned to the farm.
