A day of very strong Easterly winds saw very few scarcities on the island, once again. Two Lapland Buntings seen at either ends of the island in the morning were the highlights passerine-wise. Two Mediterranean Gulls flew past out to sea, two Wigeons were seen in Solfach and four Snipe, two Ringed Plovers and two Dunlins flew over the South end. Two Skylarks, 33 Swallows, 220 Meadow Pipits, a Yellow Wagtail, six Grey Wagtails and 32 'alba' Wagtails flew over.
