A breezy day after an overnight downpour saw a scattering of common passerine migrants around the island. These included five Grasshopper Warblers, 13 Willow Warblers, a single Crossbill and three Song Thrushes. At least one Great Spotted Woodpecker also remained around the gardens.
A juvenile Mediterranean Gull was amongst a small gathering of Black-headed Gulls in Henllwyn at high tide, where a Whimbrel, a Sanderling and a Ringed Plover were also seen.
