Amazingly, almost all of the migrants from yesterday managed to clear out overnight, despite the low cloud cover.
There was very little of any note present on the island, although a small scattering of left over warblers amounted to three Sedge Warblers, three Common Whitethroats, two Blackcaps, 30 Chiffchaffs, 16 Willow Warblers and five Goldcrests. At least eight Spotted Flycatchers were still present, and a movement of Meadow Pipits saw over 200 recorded during the day, whilst four Grey Wagtails also passed over.
