Seawatching was on the agenda again with large movements heading south along the West Coast. The totals of one Pale-bellied Brent Goose, two Great Northern Divers, one Fulmar, 11 Manx Shearwaters, 623 Gannets, eight Common Scoters, five Great Skuas, 26 Mediterranean Gulls, two Little Gulls, 542 Black-headed Gulls, 68 Common Gulls, 80 Herring Gulls, 2152 Kittiwakes, seven Guillemots, and 3732 Razorbills were mostly recorded in the morning.

Talking points inland were few and far between though one Buzzard, one Kestrel, one Merlin, one Water Rail, one Whimbrel, 48 Curlews, one (late) Swallow, two Fieldfares, three Blackcaps, two Chiffchaffs, 18 Goldcrests, three Coal Tits, one Great Tit, 29 Choughs, 47 Carrion Crows, one Hooded Crow, 54 Starlings, one Greenfinch, one Siskin, four Lesser Redpolls, and three Reed Buntings were seen.
