A brace
of Arctic Terns headed north up the
West Coast with further good counts moving offshore of 292 Kittiwakes, 519 Guillemots,
202 Razorbills, and 1087 Manx Shearwaters.
A single
Whimbrel and three Turnstones are seemingly all that’s left
of wader passage, though it won’t be long before failed breeders hit our shores
again. A trickle of migrants through the island include one Grey Heron, two Collared Doves, one Swift, one Sand Martin, three Spotted Flycatchers, and
one Siskin.
