With the wardening team tied up monitoring Manx Shearwater burrows on the Mountain, and also seabirds on the Gwylan Islands nearby, relatively few migrants were recorded. Having said that 3125 Manx Shearwaters, 95 Gannets, one Kestrel, one Sanderling, one Whimbrel, 11 Turnstones, three Collared Doves, one Willow Warbler, and one Siskin were found.


Most of the day for half the wardening team was spent ringing the chicks and breeding seabirds on the nearby Gwylan Islands off Aberdaron...
