The day's mixture of rain, fog, and high winds made it a tad difficult in the field. Respite between said weather brought sightings of the juvenile Cuckoo still around, now down towards the Withies. A Sand Martin was perched up at Nant in the evening, ten Black-headed Gulls were at sea, and counts on the Narrows consisted of two Grey Herons, two Whimbrels, 22 Curlews, four Redshanks, two Common Sandpipers, and 17 Turnstones.

Four Storm Petrels were tape-lured in overnight at Bae Nant and a Bar-tailed Godwit flew over calling too.
