Another sunny day on Bardsey today, but it's not t-shirt weather quite yet, with the breeze keeping the temperature down at around 9ºC.
Birds today include a Peregrine that was being mobbed by a Merlin over Henllwyn Bay. Also around was the first recorded White Wagtail which was seen on the Narrows, Wheatears are regularly seen on West Coast, with a suspected pair seen in the same location over the last few days. The Canada Goose pair was once again on Pwll Cain, and have been resident for several weeks now. Shelduck numbers reached double digits with ten recorded around Solfach, and Meadow Pipits were in abundance around the north west side of the island, with flocks of 155 or more.
