The weather keeps on surprising as at the moment. Forecast rain and strong winds did not arrive again and it was another clear and warm day. 

It remains slow on the bird front with a Grasshopper Warbler and five Chiffchaff the best of passerine migration. Seawatching is most productive at the moment with constant passage of Razorbills, 10 Sandwich Terns, three Arctic Terns, three Great Skuas and eight Arctic Skuas.

Birds today: one Fulmar, 156 Gannets, two Grey Herons, one Teal, four Common Scoters, two Sparrowhawk, two Buzzards, three Golden Plovers, one Grey Plover, 11 Purple Sandpipers, three Snipe, one Whimbrel, 75 Curlews, eight Redshanks, 58 Turnstones, eight Arctic Skuas, three Great Skuas, one Mediterranean Gull, two Black-headed Gulls, ten Sandwich Terns, three Arctic Terns, 2869 Razorbills, 13 Collared Doves, one Great Spotted Woodpecker, eight Swallows, one House Martin, one Grasshopper Warbler, one Blackcap, five Chiffchaffs, nine Goldcrests
