A small arrival across the Island in south-westerly winds produced two Tree Pipits, five White Wagtails, three Spotted Flycatchers and a Pied Flycatcher. The almost continuous run of cetacean activity produced six Common Dolphins, three Risso's Dolphins and a Harbour Porpoise.

Other birds seen today included two Grey Herons, six Mallards, a Sparrowhawk, five Ringed Plovers, five Whimbrels, 39 Curlews, seven Redshanks, 16 Turnstones, two Black-headed Gulls, a Common Gull, two Sandwich Terns, three 'Commic' Terns, a Guillemot, a Razorbill, two Sand Martins, 12 Wheatears. a Blackcap, two Whitethroats, two Chiffchaffs, 27 Willow Warblers, two Goldcrests and eight Goldfinches.
