The wind turned to southerly today but was generally quiet on the bird front. Nine Common Scoters went south along the West Coast with a White Wagtail on Solfach, a Whitethroat at Nant and three late Puffins off the West.
Other birds of note included a Kestrel, a Grey Heron, a Ringed Plover, three Dunlins, a Whimbrel, four Redshanks, 34 Curlews, 15 Turnstones, four Black-headed Gulls and five Willow Warblers.
