Tuesday brought an array of sightings, with a good scattering of large gulls along the West Coast and surrounding areas, including Henllwyn, Solfach, Carreg yr Honwy, and the Narrows.

Around 850 Manx Shearwaters headed south along the West Coast. These were accompanied by 48 Gannets, slicing through the air, with some performing their characteristic plunge-diving. There were 119 Kittiwakes, including one colour-ringed bird on Carreg yr Honwy, while 86 Razorbills and seven Puffins were also seen offshore. A lone Arctic Skua made a brief but dramatic appearance, chasing gulls and Kittiwakes about a mile offshore. A single Fulmar was also noted, gliding effortlessly over the waves.

On land, 12 Curlews, two Whimbrels, and three Common Sandpipers were seen. An adult Dunlin was observed singing and display-flying over the Narrows in the afternoon. A juvenile and a second-winter Mediterranean Gull were seen with two Black-headed Gulls, over 563 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, and 27 Greater Black-backed Gulls.

Herring Gulls were widespread. Over 1,200 individuals were recorded across Pen Cristin, the West Coast, Narrows, Henllwyn, Carreg yr Honwy, and Solfach, with a further 270 towards the northern part of the island. The day's total was 1,706.

Passerines included seven Willow Warblers, 11 Stonechats, and seven Wheatears
