A westerly wind at F4 held through the day with a sea state of three and good visibility. Light rain fell until 07:30 and returned from 1900 hours onwards, the temperature reached 15°C.

Five Large Whites, 16 Painted Ladies and a Speckled Wood were recorded today. The female Broad‑bodied Chaser was again at Nant.

The female Sparrowhawk was seen at Cristin and two Peregrines were recorded. A Whimbrel was between Henllwyn and the South End.

A 2nd-year female Cuckoo was originally seen sat on the Heligoland, before flying over the schoolhouse. It was later seen in the Lowlands getting mobbed by a cloud of Meadow Pipits and Swallows.

Four Swifts were seen over Pen Cristin and a Sand Martin was at Cristin. A total of 34 Swallows and 14 House Martins were recorded.

Two Reed Warblers were recorded with one at Nant and one on Green Lane, a Willow Warbler was also at Nant. Seven Sedge Warblers, a Blackcap and 15 Chiffchaffs were present across the island.

Three Chaffinches were at Nant. Two Goldfinches and 12 Linnets were recorded across the island.
