A Southwesterly wind peaking at Force 4 accompanied by sea state 2, very good visibility, and temperatures hovering around 20°C made for a productive day across the island. Insect activity recorded single observations of a Small White and a Common Blue, both around Ty Pellaf.

Coastal and seawatching observations saw approximately 200 Manx Shearwaters heading south past the Narrows during the afternoon. Other seabirds logged included 16 Gannets off the West Coast, 30 Shags and four Cormorants at Carreg yr Honwy (plus two Cormorants at Solfach), and 10 Kittiwakes. Gull records featured 22 Herring Gulls, 13 Black-headed Gulls, three Mediterranean Gulls (one at Carreg yr Honwy and two along the West Coast), and a single Common Gull at Henllwyn. Waders and waterfowl included, 17 Curlews at Carreg yr Honwy, six Turnstones, three Whimbrels, a Common Sandpiper off the South End, two Grey Herons at the Narrows, and 13 Mallards distributed across Solfach, the West Coast, the Narrows, and Henllwyn.

Inland, passerine numbers included 20 Linnets at the Narrows, 14 Willow Warblers (split evenly between Nant and the Withies), four Stonechats, three Rock Pipits at Solfach, a Chiffchaff in Nant, a Wheatear at Henllwyn, a House Martin over the Narrows, and a Great Spotted Woodpecker still at Nant.
