A probable Water Pipit and an adult Little Gull on the Narrows were the most notable sightings of another blustery and showery day. A Woodcock and a Snipe were seen in the Wetlands, whilst a Redwing, a Blackcap, a Chiffchaff and two Goldcrests, 29 Chaffinches and a Goldfinch sheltered away from the wind in the gardens and withies. The usual suspects around the narrows included the Lapwing and two Brent Geese.
