At high tide in the morning, six Whimbrels, a Dunlin and three Common Sandpipers were noted amongst other more common waders, although elsewhere there was very little action on the bird front; five Willow Warblers present in the vegetated areas were the only migrants.

 A small flock of Starlings have been present on the island recently
