The best bird of the day came in the form of a juvenile Marsh Harrier which was seen above Plas mid-morning, before it disappeared off Eastwards. A Golden Plover was pick of the wader selection in the morning, along with three Purple Sandpipers and three Common Sandpipers. Three Sandwich Terns fed off the West side in the afternoon, whilst the juvenile Cuckoo remained inland.
