Many of the migrants from yesterday had moved on after a night of brisk South-easterlies and clear skies. Singles of Greenfinch and Lesser Redpoll flew Southward in the morning, along with three alba Wagtail and 48 Meadow Pipits. Six Wheatears, a Robin and two Stonechats remained around the coast and in the gorse, whilst eight Chiffchaffs and 18 Goldcrests were seen in the gardens. A Merlin was seen on the South end in the morning, and a Sparrowhawk was present at Nant.
