Two days of gale-force southerly winds, coupled with horizontal rain showers made for challenging conditions for avian wildlife. The Hooded Crow was seen back on Solfach amongst the foraging Choughs on the 14th. Two Song Thrushes were new arrivals on the 15th, seen at the North End, whilst the female Sparrowhawk stealthily hunted waders around the Narrows.
