It was a very calm day, with overcast skies, and the presence of newly-arrived migrants was evident. Thrush numbers had been boosted overnight, with a total of seven Blackbirds, one Fieldfare, four Song Thrushes and 14 Redwings recorded. A single Chiffchaff was present at Ty Pellaf, five Goldcrests were seen at Nant, and a Merlin flew over The Narrows. Out to sea, noteworthy passing seabirds included one Common Scoter, one Lapwing, five Mediterranean Gulls, four Common Gulls.
