Strong winds and occasional showers battered the island
today, which pushed a good number of birds out to sea past the island. A total
of 16 Fulmars, 2390 Manx Shearwaters, 156 Gannets, eight Common Scoters, two
Sandwich Terns, 588 Guillemots, 80 Razorbills and four Puffins were logged! On
the Narrows today were two Whimbrels and four Curlews.
