A short seawatch produced a Black-headed Gull and three Sandwich Terns, though the majority of land species are now breeding species with little movement. A Dunlin, five Curlews and a Turnstone were recorded on the Narrows.
The corrugated metal tin in the Observatory front garden has been full of Slow Worms. Today eight were counted including a large male with blue spots. Female Slow Worms have black lines down the back.
