A windy but clear day on the Island saw little changeover in avian life. A Spotted Flycatcher was at Nant, a Purple Sandpiper was on the Narrows and two Swifts headed south. Migrants warblers have become thin on the ground recently with only five Sedge Warblers, a Blackcaps, 3 Whitethroats, four Chiffchaffs and a Willow Warbler being present.

The majority of the day was spent working on a range of maintenance work including collecting cement and aggregate from the Lighthouse, cutting back the vegetation around Cristin and finishing off the meshing on the Heligoland.
