Strong south-westerlies made for another very quiet day for birding. The Siberian Chiffchaff remained at Nant, still singing away, whilst the only other birds of note for the day were four Feral Pigeons in the garden at Cristin!

The majority of the day was spent doing more desk-based work, but excitingly, in the late afternoon the Manx Shearwater tagging project work began! This project is in collaboration with Bangor University with partial funding from the National Environmental Research Council (NERC) that continues off the back of last year's tagging project. More information on the details of the project will be posted in the days to come.
