North-westerly winds and clear skies saw a large hirundine passage occur with a final total of 468 House Martins, 110 Swallows and two Sand Martins. The South End early morning produced an adult and juvenile Arctic Tern, a Tree Pipit and a fly-over Little Egret. A Greenshank was also seen flying along the West Coast.
