Today felt like a day of true Indian summer as the Island was greeted by warm, blue skies and a sudden calming of the winds. Bird-wise it was fairly quiet again, but the highlights of the day came through ringing, as one of the four Tree Sparrows was ringed at Ty Pellaf. At Cristin, a male Sparrowhawk trapped and ringed in the garden.
