It was a flat calm day on Enlli with clear skies and bright sunshine bringing the temperature up to a more summer-like level than we've had recently.

A flock of 16 Swifts was the big highlight, feeding over Pen Cristin before heading out to sea, following another two which flew over the mountain first thing. Other birds included a Sparrowhawk over the Mountain, a Collared Dove, three Starlings and two Lesser Redpolls at Ty Pellaf, and a Goldfinch over Cristin.

The sea was mirror-like at times, the perfect condition for cetacean spotting resulting in 8 Harbour Porpoise and six Risso's Dolphins seen throughout the day.
