A brisk westerly saw a good Shearwater movement off the West Coast with 334 Manx Shearwaters (vast majority juvenile birds) being joined by five Sooty Shearwaters and a Balearic Shearwater. Alongside these were a Pomarine Skua, a Great Skua, a Pale-bellied Brent Goose and a Leach's Petrel during the evening.

Elsewhere, a showy Golden Plover was on the South End with the first Skylark of the autumn on the Narrows. Three Spotted Flycatchers were at Cristin including one trapped and 36 White Wagtails remained.
