A westerly wind at F4 held throughout the day with a sea state of four and good visibility. Light rain fell until 09:30 and the temperature reached 16°C.
Four Painted Ladies and a Speckled Wood were the only notable butterflies recorded across the island with the latter seen at Nant.

A Grey Heron was seen in the Lowlands. Four Shelducks were seen across the island, along with eight Mallards. Two each of Sparrowhawks and Peregrines were present.
Five Moorhens were recorded, including a juvenile bird caught in the Heligoland at Cristin. The only waders present were 85 Oystercatchers. A Racing Pigeon was seen again, first at the South End before later being seen at Cristin.
Hirundines totals for the day were 36 Swallows and 26 House Martins. Eight Pied Wagtails were seen, including a fledgling at Solfach.
Two Sedge Warblers were seen, with a bird in each of the reedbeds. A Whitethroat was seen in the Wetlands and nine Chiffchaffs were seen across the island. A Goldcrest was seen at Nant for the first time in a while. Four Spotted Flycatchers were recorded with two each at Cristin and Nant.
