Despite there being full cloud-coverage all day, the mild temperatures and calm winds made for quite a pleasant day. Hardly any birds of note were seen although a Little Owl on pencristin was probably the only different sighting. A Wigeon joined a few Mallards and a Shelduck in Henllwyn. Inland, thirty four Snipe and six Woodcocks were flushed whilst two Teals fed in the withies.
