A dull start to the day saw few birds and a nagging northerly wind kept the temperatures hovering above zero. A couple Teals fed on the ponds inland, a Golden Plover was on the narrows with four Ringed Plovers. A scattering of thrushes fed inland with counts coming to; seven Blackbirds, three Fieldfares, twenty two Song Thrushes and seven Redwings.

Blue Tits continue to feed along side Chaffinches and Great Tits in the island's gardens.
