The temperatures dropped rapidly in the afternoon, accompanied with a strengthening northerly made the day feel very bitter. Two Grey Plovers on the Narrows were the highlight of the day. Four Ringed Plovers were also with them whilst eight Snipe were flushed inland. Twenty Black headed Gulls, two Common Gulls and 120 Herring Gulls fed in Solfach with 23 Kittiwakes and four Gannets out at sea.
