A fresh north-westerly wind persisted and clear skies kept the temperatures low again. A sizeable feeding flock was again in Solfach although nothing noteworthy was amongst them. Twenty Mallards were accompoanied by the two Wigeons and three Shelducks whilst, late in the afternoon, two Grey Plovers fed above the high tide mark. A Snipe and two Woodcocks were inland and in the evening a Barn Owl was discovered in one of the sheds at Ty Pellaf with evidence of this bird continually roosting there for a few days previously.

Two Grey Plovers, thirty three Redshanks and forty eight Curlews were around the narrows.
