Very little seen on the bird front today, with strong winds and drizzly showers persisting throughout the day. The Hoopoe was seen by the schoolhouse in the morning, but was not seen again during the day. The Hawfinch was in its usual spot in Ty Pellaf garden, where eight Chaffinches, twelve Linnets and a couple Collard Doves also were. Very few warblers were around, with twelve Willow Warblers, three Chiffchaffs and three Blackcaps the only ones present. Aside the usual Ring Plovers (three today), nothing of note was around the narrows and south end, with two Shelducks taking the initiative and heading for the shelter of Pwll Cain inland.
