The nagging westerly again persisted, and a few sparse showers blew through during the course of the day. 786 Manx Shearwaters, three Fulmars, forty one Gannets, six Cormorants, thirteen Kittiwakes, 104 Guillemots, 282 Razorbills and five Puffins passed by at sea, whilst seven Purple Sandpipers and six Dunlins in Solfach were pick of the waders seen. Passerine numbers were again rather low: twelve Sedge Warblers, seven Whitethroats, two Chiffchaff and three Willow Warblers were the only warblers present, whilst four Sand Martins, ninety four Swallows and six House Martins moved through during the day. Five Skylarks, twelve Wheatears, a Song Thrush, five Spotted Flycatchers, three Siskins, fourteen Goldfinches, fifty five Linnets and two Lesser Redpolls were also dotted around.
