The glorious weather continued today, although it turned out to be another very quiet day. The most notable sightings of the day were four Thrift Clearwings that were seen feeding on the thrift around the coast.
On the bird front, three Swifts passed through with 42 Swallows and four House Martins, whilst the only warblers seen amounted to: four Sedge Warblers, two Whitethroats, a Blackcap, two Chiffchaffs and four Willow Warblers. A single Dunlin and Ringed Plover were in Solfach, whilst three Curlews and a Common Gull were in Henllwyn.

A Common Wave in Cristin Withy was only the fourth record for the island.
