After a morning of windy and rainy weather, the high tide pushed a few more waders than usual onto the rocks near Solfach: two Ringed Plovers, three Dunlins, three Purple Sandpipers, two Common Sandpipers, a Turnstone, two Whimbrels and 45 Curlews were the totals. Two Swifts passed through with six House Martins, whilst four Sedge Warblers, two Whitethroats, five Chiffchaffs and seven Willow Warblers were the only warblers seen. The Redstart was again at Cristin, whilst 340 Manx Shearwaters passed by at sea with 18 Gannets, two Fulmars and two Puffins.
