The most noteworthy sightings of another bright day with gusty easterlies include three Whooper Swans over the narrows, a Great Skua, a Teal and a Red-breasted Merganser out at sea, a Woodcock at Cristin and a late Ring Ouzel above Nant. A total of 3200 Starlings swept over the island in flocks, whilst thrushes in the island's gardens and withies included 30 Blackbirds, a Fieldfare, five Song Thrushes, four Redwings and a Mistle Thrush
