Very little
was seen in drizzly, windy and cool weather. A Snipe in the wetlands was the first for some time, and a Reed Bunting over Plas Withy was also a new bird. A single Coal Tit continued to sing in the Plantation, whilst 10 Wheatears were on the coast and there were very few new warblers inland. A Buzzard flew overhead with a small number of finches which included 16 Goldfinches and 12 Lesser Redpolls.
