The 22nd was a quieter day, although there were still reasonable numbers of thrushes around, represented by three
Fieldfares, 50
Song Thrushes and 105
Redwings. Two
Woodcocks and three
Snipe were seen inland, whilst two
Skylarks were seen in the North-west fields. There were very few thrushes left on the 23rd, and there was little else to report. Singles of
Whimbrel,
Ringed Plover and
Dunlin were seen around the Narrows in the morning, whilst a
Woodcock was flushed from the mountain.
