In a day of varying densities of fog, little movement was noted through the island, though the Melodious Warbler was still very much present. Migrants dotted around came to one Collared Dove, 116 Swallows, two Grey Wagtails, 17 Pied Wagtails, 33 White Wagtails, two Whitethroats, one Blackcap, three Chiffchaffs, three Willow Warblers, 25 Goldcrests, and one Spotted Flycatcher, with one Common Scoter also at sea.

Waders continue to be at the fore-front with today’s haul three Ringed Plovers, one Golden Plover, seven Dunlins, one Snipe, 11 Bar-tailed Godwits, five Whimbrels, 54 Curlews, four Redshanks, one Greenshank, one Common Sandpiper, and 81 Turnstones.
